Supreme Fitness Launches “Four Weeks To Freedom” Boot Camp For New Farm Women

On August 4th, 2011, we begin accepting registrations for their new “Four Weeks To Freedom” Boot Camp for Women.  The boot camp will be held at New Farm Park Monday, Wednesday and Friday from at 630am – 9am. beginning on 29th August 2011. There will also be a 530pm class Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Early morning boot camps are the “new wave” in women’s fitness. They are exploding across Australia for two synergistic reasons:

 

  1. Women report getting better results faster than with any other fitness program, and
  2. Women have fun doing it, explaining why they stick to it and get better results.

 

I’m very excited about this launch and so is the community.
