Currently we offer complete 12 week programs in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best possible results from your fitness program. This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition AND the exercise components that are required for getting serious results.

What programs do you offer?
Currently we offer 8 or 12 week programs in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible with your nutrition program.
This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients on all the components that are required for getting serious results. We have clients that come in for just the assessment and program design and we also have clients that meet with us monthly for either the 8 or 12 week program depending on your goals, motivation, and budget

How much are your programs?
The initial assessment and program design is the first step in the process and the investment is $197. The 8 and 12 week programs begin at $597
