Currently we offer complete 12 week programs in Personal Training in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from your fitness program.
This means we spend a lot of time working with my clients on both the nutrition AND the exercise components that are required for getting serious results. We have clients that meet with us anywhere from 4 to 2 times per week depending on your goals, motivation, and budget.
You train in New Farm Park and sessions are 45 minutes long.
